AIOps Exchange 2020 — Postponed
Given the ongoing concern surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the AIOps Exchange 2020 until until we can all safely meet face-to-face again. We recognize that many in the AIOps community share our enthusiasm for meeting as a group to chart the future of AIOps. However, the health and safety of the community is our first priority.
Illuminating. Insightful. Inspiring.
The second annual AIOps Exchange will pick up right where its successful inaugural event left off, once again gathering a select group of experts and practitioners to chart the future of AIOps and help each other develop best practices. True to its not-for-profit, vendor-neutral charter, the AIOps Exchange will be a hype-free forum for influencers, analysts and IT executives to openly and candidly exchange ideas, network and share insights. We’ll have keynote presentations, roundtable discussions, and real-world testimonials about AIOps and its potential to reduce IT complexity, provide service assurance and increase business agility.

Keynote Speaker
This year our Keynote speaker will be Charley Rich, Research Director with Gartner’s IT Operations Management group. His primary focus is on providing guidance to users and providers of APM and AIOps solutions.
